Sandals group this morning caught a small mahi after seeing a bigger one jump then right at the end of the trip a big blue marlin took the short left lure and gave us a hard fight before we touched the leader. Only got a brief chance to get a picture before it got free but that fish was over 600 lb....

Adam Litlman went out for tuna but all we got was small mahi until a 150lb mako shark hit the short corner joe yee super plunger and gave Adam a 20 minute fight on 80lb! This was our first ever mako in 25 years of fishing here..released to fight another day.

On Andrew's second day he decied to bring his wife, Gillian along. Of course she upstaged him catching a 120 lb yellowfin whilst Andrew managed an 87lb one. Another dorado was caught for dinner too.

Andrew Prendergast booked 3 days fishing. Day one saw us push out to 32 miles to find yellowfin tuna. We nearly missed the bite but got one yellowfin which fought Andrew hard. It later weighed 145 lb. On our (long) way back up he lost a sailfish after several jumps then hooked what we initially thought was another but turned out to be a smnall blue marlin in the 100 -120 lb range!

Gus LaTouche, Terry Dowden and Tyler Ward made up Team Yes Aye for this years tournament.
Day 1 saw Tyler and Gus hooked up on dorado and one billfish was missed.
Day 2 saw Tyler release a blue marlin about 200lb and straight after Gus released a sail to put us at 6th overall.
Day 3 just saw one sail missed and a blue marlin missed a rigger bait so we slipped to 10th overall but were still Top Grenada boat!

SGU student Hope arranged this trip for when her partner was visiting Grenada. We went looking for sailfish and tuna but the only action we found was along a weedline where we went 4 for 6 on mahi upto 22lb.

This afternoons trip left 4 out of 6 clients seasick due to rolly and squally conditions but the fish were biting! We had at least 10 sailfish bites hooked 6 but only 2 stayed on to be released..

Matt Davies booked a full day form himself and his father. He really wanted a yellowfin tuna so when we hooked a sailfish early on he passed the rod to his dad. After that we found a lot of tuna feeding and managed one bite which came off after 2 minutes. Later we also pulled the hook on a blue marlin which was feeding along a weedline..

Nicole booked this trip for her & her husband. She was happy with the barracuda and small mahi we caught but swiftly passed over the rod when this monster 144lb yellowfin tuna took the bait! We had another missed strike from a tuna prior to hooking this one.
